@MPatterson22 @nicklackeart When I was looking to cut costs, I switched from Comcast to @YouTubeTV and I will never switch back! I kept @netflix because I love the originals/documentaries. Even having both, I am still under what I paid for cable with Comcast.

@jchenelly @FrontierComms @AskFrontier I was so surprised by this. In 2014 I switched from Comcast to Frontier because of customer service, but I guess things change. I now believe in second chances.

Hey @comcastcares, your service is down in Seattle for ‘planned maintenance.’ If it’s planned, you should tell your customers. This is terrible service.

@comcast @Xfinity Training customer support how to be as unhelpful as possible since inception. Love paying for blast service $15 a month for countless months after several attempts to remove the service. Your company is unethical.

Can't believe I have to wait two (or more) weeks to get internet with @Xfinity First. "you need a filter". Next day "your line is not connected". Next day "your ground line is broken. A technician will come in two days". Two days later "let's make that 8 days"... And MAYBE

Trying to get my parents internet back up and running but can’t even talk with a Verizon Fios customer service person. Been on hold for 50 minutes. Comcast is a million times better than Verizon. @verizonfios

@comcast every month our bill creeps up. We call and they say oh sorry! We’ll fix it. Rinse and repeat. Every day the service goes out, repeatedly. We call. Did you reset it. Yes, repeatedly. Ok it should be good now! Ground hog day. For years. #comcastsucks

@MissAuroraSnow @MediacomCable I hate to break this to you, but all Triple Play service, whether it be from Comcast, or CenturyLink or whatever is lousy! They all trying to get your money and they all trying to give you as little service as possible.

@nbanuggets @GregEnDen @AltitudeTV Not a single RSN, here in Denver or in any other part of the country, could operate in that fashion. You might say who cares, but Comcast owns and operates 7 RSNs. They know this to be a fact. Even so, they choose to isolate Denver and treat it differently. Fans are pissed.

@ScubaPrice84 @AltitudeTV @RadioMoser The network is carried by other providers. Saying that we fully recognize that asking fans to change providers isn't fair to them. With contracts and bundled pricing, that is an unfair burden. I'm curious, does Comcast have any accountability or obligations in your eyes?

@AaronBeaty6 @CbassNorris1731 @AltitudeTV I know that ownership cares about the fans of this region. They continue to operate and fund this network. We continue to seek broadcast partners. We ask that Comcast offer us terms similar to those they provide every other RSN they own or carry. Why treat Denver differently?
