This is what @comcast does. They take over an area, kill all competition, and then offer utterly ****** service for five times the price. They literally charged me for a modem I didn’t have for 5 years. They’re thieves. And Public shaming is the only way to get their attention.

So, I just spent, no joke, 6 hours unwrangling my in-laws @comcast woes. Multiple accts, bad data, etc. Awful.

Last two nights I've had dreams that included IDF hunting me and my friends down, Comcast hunting me down cuz I didn't return their old modem on time after they sent me a surprise new one, and my mom sending me texts to borrow money, but I couldn't get to an ATM fast enuff.

If you use @comcast or @Xfinity and need to activate a cable card do not use their website. Their SSL certificate expired a month ago. It is insecure. I called them and they didn’t care. #WTF #Technology #SecurityBreach

Today, @Xfinity broke my heart and ruined the @EURO2020 tournament for me. The recording, which usually runs long for extra time, cut off before the end of the game. Xfinity, you are heartless and your technology can hurt. #wtf

I said too many curse words into my Comcast remote so they blacked out my screen. #comcast #xfinity will show people's heads getting bloodily bashed in but not a boob and if you say "****" too many times into the remote they black out your screen, ******* *****.

@AchtungBaby89 @ananavarro @comcast It was awful. I made a lot of noise and complained and eventually got my old number back but WTF?! What was even worse is that I was in a contract with them for my alarm system and they wouldn’t let me leave saying I’d have to pay to get out. 🤬😡

@ananavarro @comcast They take the prize for being the worst. Every single time I call. Once they changed my home phone number without telling me because it was easier to sell the “package.” I found out much later because my dentist’s office returned a call and asked if I had changed my number.😡🤬

Ah, @comcast four times the money for one tenth the service with zero way to talk to a real human. I’d switch in a heartbeat if they weren’t the literal only option for internet. Fifth outage in a week. No one buy them unless, like me, you’re forced to do so.
