Dr. Szaraz is the best doctor I've ever had. That man needs a promotion.

Very professional and up-to-date

Everybody at the clinic is wonderful. I get treated with respect and dignity. My doctor knows me the minute he walks in. He talks to me. He explains everything. I love him. I tell all my family and friends about him.

The front desk ladies can be disrespectful and unprofessional at times. Please make sure they get proper training every year to know how to speak to people and how to handle people when they come in and be serving.

Dr. Szaraz is knowledgeable about my many illnesses and I am very Grateful and Satisfied with his treatment concerning me.

I have been a patient at Beaumont for many years. Dr. Szaraz has always left me not only feeling hopeful but heard. He listens, he remembers and he makes you feel like you are his only patient. I could not ask for more than that.

Very professional staff and Dr Szaraz is wonderful and caring.

Initial visit. Dr did not have my medical history but will in the future. He listened and was pleasant as we made a plan for future visit. Facility was clean and all personnel were competent and friendly for on this first visit.

Dr Szaraz has been my physician for 16+ years. He a a wonderful doctor and I will always put my health in his hands.

Dr. Szaraz is the best primary doctor I have ever had. Extremely knowledgeable and great communication. Tells it like it is.

Dr. Szaraz is always ready to answer any questions that I have. I never feel rushed and I was treated with respect.

My appt was to go over lab work. My PCP Isn't willing to discuss any other issues I have because it deviates from what I'm there for. He made it clear that he cares about me but the time gave me the time he could because he is busy. I have to see him every 3 months because of being on alprazolam .25mg as needed for sleep and I have type 1 diabetes. Sadly if I have any other questions while I'm at my visit I'm rushed and he prefers no to deviate to any degree by addressing and we're definitely rushed. I have respected him as he's been my doctor for several years however I'm dosappiinted

I would specifically like to shout-out the receptionist/nurse who checked me in; she was fantastic! Very patient with me and clearly excellent at her job; my insurance provider had given me new numbers because of a data breach and not everything had transferred successfully into Beaumont's system when I tried to update it online. She was perfectly understanding of the situation and was able to verify my information, even with minimal help from me (I didn't have my new card with me). Despite the mishap she took care of it quickly, professionally, and completely, all of which stopped me from stressing out over it or having to inconveniently reschedule.

Just great all the way around that's why I continue to go there

Dr Szaraz is the best doctor and I am very satisfied with him.

They need to bloodwork rather than making customers go somewhere else as a second day needed to complete the diagnosis.

The hospital employees are nice and friendly

Either his notes are the greatest or Dr. Szaraz remembers everything. I see him once maybe twice a year and when ever i come in it's like we just talked the day before. Oh and his treatment isnt bad either.

I was fortunate enough to obtain a same day appointment by calling to office. The quality of the audio while on hold was a bit poor.

I had an exceptional visit. The staff and doctor made me and my daughter feel re-assured. I could tell my daughter enjoyed telling her doctor how she felt and was comfortable and happy he was listening. He explained things so we both understood. It was nice not feeling ignored.

The doctor is awesome. The only issue we had at all and it's not with him per se, is that we wanted our other two sons to be able to see the doctor. But unfortunately, he has so many patients that it would be approximately 3 months before he could get them in. So that's really only are only complaint. Otherwise he's great. We just wish he had a little bit more time to take new patients. But like I said, he's a great doctor, that's why he is so booked up. Thank you.

This is the first time I saw this Doctor and he was gracious, humble, caring and outstanding customer service. He really new what he was doing and if I did not have the other doctor I have now I would definitely consider him as a good candidate for my next primary care physician. This Doctor did a great job.

I have been impressed with every doctor I have seen to at this office. I recommend them to others because of the great care I receive.

Belleville needs to get the lab up and running again. This is a busy practice and we are sent to Canton for all labwork,which is busy with Canton residents as well as Belleville patients. It seems ridiculous that the Belleville lab can't somehow find someone to do blood draws. Everyone I know, who goes to this practice, has been upset that the lab is no longer open...going on at least 3yrs!

Was courteous and respectful. Good dialogue. Seemed to care.

WAS TREATED VERY WELL....

They had no covid tests to test me with. I was treated for a sinus infection. Turns out I have covid. Found out a lot of people I'd been around also have covid. All facilities should have tests on hand regardless. Just like pregnancy tests. Beaumont/ Corewell still needs to be prepared. Government still only gives four free tests, that will arive next week. My doctor and staff are great. The Company needs to do better.

I've thought about changing medical coverage because I have to drive 40 miles every time I need lab work because you won't open lab in Belleville back up.

The provider was very professional, he did a great job. I didn't give him a high score for understanding my medical history because it was the first time I ever saw him. But he seemed to pick up from where Dr. [...] left off without too much... too much trouble. So he was really good. But he obviously didn't know who I was until I walked in. Very pleased with appointment

Care provider seems to rush in and out of room which makes patients feel more like a number instead of a patient with real concerns that they are there to address. I'm really starting to not have any confidence in doctors, it's more about collecting insurance money in my opinion.

Pretty frustrated since I had been instructed by staff to restart glucose meds however that should not have been the case. Truly a difficult experience communicating with staff handling their heavy caseload of patients and phone messages.

My doctor gives me great health support and the staff is great also.
